I was impressed with one of my friends haircut and when she told me that Billie Jo there at Avon Beauty Salon cut her hair, I decided I needed to co-pay her a visit. She always gives me an excellent cut and style, with an extraordinary scalp massage as she shampoos. She is very gifted in her talents, even her shop displays it.
